For all orders via our online shop the following terms and conditions apply.

By clicking the button "Order now for a fee" you place a binding order of the goods contained in the shopping cart. The confirmation of receipt of the order follows immediately after sending the order and does not constitute acceptance of the contract. We can accept your order by sending an order confirmation by e-mail or by delivering the goods within two days.
2. terms of delivery
In addition to the indicated product prices, shipping costs will be added. You can find out more about the amount of the shipping costs under the menu item shipping costs.
We deliver only by shipping. A collection of the goods is unfortunately not possible.

In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via Sofort, you must have an online banking account with PIN/TAN procedure activated for participation in Sofort, you must identify yourself accordingly and confirm the payment order to us. When buying on account with Klarna, you will always receive the goods first and you always have 14 days to pay.

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damages, please complain about such defects as soon as possible to the deliverer and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us will have no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, especially your warranty rights. However, you help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.

For claims based on damages caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents, we are always liable without limitation
