Our terms of business:
For all orders via our online shop the following terms and conditions apply.
1. contracting party, conclusion of contract:
The purchase contract is concluded with J.Clay GmbH & Co. KG.
The presentation of the products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. By clicking on the button "Order now for a fee" you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order follows immediately after sending the order and does not constitute acceptance of the contract. We can accept your order by sending an order confirmation by e-mail or by delivering the goods within two days.
2. terms of delivery:
In addition to the indicated product prices, shipping costs will be added. You can find out more about the amount of the shipping costs under the menu item shipping costs.
We only deliver by dispatch. Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up the goods yourself.

In cooperation with Klarna AB (www.klarna.de), Sveavägen 46, Stockholm, Sweden, we offer invoice purchase as a payment option. Please note that Klarna invoice is only available for consumers and that payment must be made to Klarna in each case. When buying on account with Klarna, you always get the goods first and you always have 14 days to pay. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via Sofort, you must have an online banking account with PIN/TAN procedure, legitimise yourself accordingly and confirm the payment instruction from Sofort.

7. transport damages:
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, so please complain such errors as soon as possible to the deliverer and contact us immediately. The omission of a complaint or contact has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, especially your warranty rights. However, you help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance company.
8. warranty and guarantees

For claims based on damages caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents, we are always liable without limitation

In the event of a breach of material contractual obligations, the fulfilment of which is essential for the proper execution of the contract and on the observance of which the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations) due to slight negligence on our part, on the part of our legal representatives or vicarious agents, liability shall be limited in amount to the damage foreseeable at the time of conclusion of the contract, the occurrence of which must typically be expected. Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.
